1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the EasyPrimeReturns website and service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.
EasyPrimeReturns is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc., Whole Foods Market, or UPS. All trademarks mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners.
2. Description of Service
EasyPrimeReturns provides a package return pickup and drop-off service. We pick up pre-labeled return packages from your designated location and deliver them to the appropriate return drop-off point (such as Whole Foods Market or UPS locations) on your behalf.
Our service is currently available in the San Antonio, TX area. Service availability is subject to change.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and reside within our service area to use EasyPrimeReturns. By using our Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Booking and Scheduling
- Pickups are available on scheduled route days (currently Tuesdays and Thursdays).
- Bookings must be made by 6:00 PM the evening before the scheduled pickup day.
- All bookings are subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to decline a booking if a package does not meet our requirements.
- You must provide a screenshot of your return QR code and a photo of your package(s) at the time of booking.
5. Your Responsibilities
When using our Service, you agree to:
- Initiate your return through the Amazon app (or relevant retailer) before scheduling a pickup
- Ensure your return QR code or label is accessible and valid at the time of pickup
- Place packages in the agreed-upon pickup location by 9:00 AM on the pickup day
- Ensure packages are within our size and weight limits (40 lbs max, 48 inches max dimension, 5 packages max per pickup)
- Provide accurate contact and address information
- Not include prohibited, hazardous, or illegal items in your return packages
6. Pricing and Payment
- One-Time Pickup: $7.00 pickup fee, includes first package. Additional packages are $3.00 each.
- Monthly Plan: $35.00 per month, includes up to 4 pickups (2 packages each). Additional packages are $2.00 each.
- Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
- Payment is due at the time of booking or, for monthly subscribers, on the 1st of each month.
- We accept Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, and credit/debit cards.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
- You may cancel a scheduled pickup at no charge if you cancel before 6:00 PM the evening before the pickup day.
- Cancellations made after the cutoff may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- If we are unable to complete a pickup due to our error (e.g., missed route), you will receive a full refund or credit for that pickup.
- Monthly plan subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused pickups.
8. Limitation of Liability
EasyPrimeReturns acts as a courier for your return packages. By using our Service, you acknowledge that:
- We are not responsible for the return itself, including refund processing, which is handled by the retailer (e.g., Amazon).
- We are not liable for packages that are rejected at the drop-off location due to invalid QR codes, expired return windows, or other issues originating from the return authorization.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific pickup in question.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Package Handling
- We will exercise reasonable care in handling your packages.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to packages.
- If a package is damaged during our handling, our liability is limited to the lesser of the item's value or $100 per package.
- We will provide photo confirmation when we pick up and again when we drop off your packages.
10. Service Area
Our service is currently limited to the San Antonio, TX metropolitan area. We may expand or change our service area at our discretion. If your address falls outside our current service zone, we will notify you and cancel any pending bookings at no charge.
11. Account and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
12. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Service to:
- Ship or return prohibited, hazardous, illegal, or stolen items
- Engage in fraud or return abuse
- Misrepresent the contents, size, or weight of packages
- Use false or misleading information when booking
We reserve the right to refuse service and terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
13. Intellectual Property
The EasyPrimeReturns name, logo, website design, and content are our intellectual property. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our branding without written permission. Amazon, Whole Foods, and UPS are trademarks of their respective owners.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
